This Contemporary class combines elements of several genres including modern, release, lyrical, and more.  It employs contact-release, floor work, current popular music and fun drills to develop musicality. This class will hone and challenge your dance patterns, and will include floor work and jumps and turns, and is designed for dancers of all levels. Students will learn combos, and technique as well.
The class will include floorwork, and is geared towards movement quality and pushing the comfort zone with coordination challenges.  Ready to take your dancing to the next level? This is your time to shine 🙂
