Cindy‘s passion is rooted in health & wellness, active living, and helping others live a thriving life. Her background in competitive gymnastics, jazz, and aerobics, have provided a foundation for a return to dance and performance as an adult. She is a lover of cardio, distance running, and strong health in mind and body, and shares this passion through her work as a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in Positive Body Image and Eating Psychology. Cindy’s teaching style infuses strength training, core work, deep stretching, flow, and cardio dance, and aims to provide a positive, supportive and collaborative atmosphere for dancers (with occasional perks of nutritional tips & delicious recipe ideas!).

Cardio Fusion

This class combines high-energy cardio, aerobics, hip hop, funk, jazz, and total-body conditioning exercises to increase endurance, strength, and core strength.

Dancers will also develop choreography retention skills with short & fun, high-energy choreography each week.
This is an open-level class, so come learn and get your SWEAT ON, no matter your dance experience!

Be strong and confident in your dance body, improve your dance skills, coordination, strength, and recovery time, and avoid injury.
