Cardio Fusion
This class combines high-energy cardio, aerobics, hip hop, funk, jazz, and total-body conditioning exercises to increase endurance, strength, and core strength.
Dancers will also develop choreography retention skills with short & fun, high-energy choreography each week.
This is an open-level class, so come learn and get your SWEAT ON, no matter your dance experience!
