Cardio Fusion
A mix of high-energy cardio, aerobics, hip hop, funk, jazz and total body conditioning exercises, this class is designed to increase endurance, strength and core strength.
Dancers will also develop choreography retention skills with short & fun, high-energy choreography each week.
This is an open-level class, so no matter your dance experience, come learn and get your SWEAT ON!
