Class is fast paced, athletic and will include conditioning for enhanced floorwork. It is designed for experienced movers looking for a more complex and challenging class physically and mentally. Taking the House class before is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, with only an hour, dancers should be warm, and the class prior is a perfect preparation for the contemporary material students will delve into.
Students must be enrolled in 3+ classes a week to enrol in this class, exceptions can be made for experienced movers, email with questions.
